Ordering and Delivery

How can I track my order?

You have received a tracking code via email. With this code, you can follow the current status of your order. You can also view it on our tracking page.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free.

I have not received my order – what now?

First, check the location of your order with the tracking code you received via email. If your order is still with the shipping company, please contact them directly. If you still experience problems, you can contact our customer service via info@solverafashion.com.

How long is the delivery time?

We strive to deliver your order within 5 to 9 days.

If you have questions about your order, you can always send an email to our customer service. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

How long is the processing time?

All orders are processed within one business day on weekdays. Everything ordered before midnight (00:00) will be processed no later than the next business day before midnight (00:00).

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

You should have received an email with this information. Also check your spam folder just in case.

If you have not received any email, please contact our customer service via email or the contact form. We strive to give you a response within 24 hours.

Exchange & Returns

How many days do I have the right to cancel?

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to cancel.

What should I be aware of when returning?

When returning a product, there are three important points to be aware of:

  • The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Make sure the return is provided with a Track & Trace code.
  • The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense.

How is a return processed?

When we receive your return, we check whether the products are in good condition and whether all conditions are met. If you return a product due to damage, we will investigate this carefully. If everything is in order, we will immediately refund the purchase amount to your bank account. Note that it may take up to 5 business days before the amount is visible in your account.
