Returns and exchanges
At Sølvera, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. If the item is not quite what you expected, no problem — you have the option to easily return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Note! Important conditions for returns:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
- Sølvera is not responsible for shipments without shipping proof (Track & Trace).
How to return an item at Sølvera
We make the return process as simple and clear as possible. Follow the steps below to ensure your return goes smoothly:
Step 1: Request the return form
Send us an email at info@solverafashion.com, and let us know that you want to return an item. We will then send you the return form, which you should fill out completely. It is not necessary to state a reason for the return, but your feedback helps us improve our service.
Step 2: Send the package back with Track & Trace
Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging, and ensure the item is unused and complete. The return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The return address is provided on the return form.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used for the order. Please note that it may take up to 10 days before the amount is visible in your account.
No restocking fees are charged.
